Maxi ISA

Individual Savings Accounts (ISAs) provide a tax-free way to investing in our funds. With an ISA, any returns generated by your investment are free of income and capital gains taxes. You do not even have to declare any returns from an ISA on your tax return.

There are two types of ISA:

  • Mini ISA which can contain up to three components: Cash, Stocks & Shares and Insurance
  • Maxi ISA which allows you to invest up to your full allowance in stocks & shares

Allianz Global Investors offer the stocks & shares component of Maxi ISAs.

You may not open both a Maxi and a Mini ISA in the same tax year. If you invest in a Maxi ISA you may not subscribe to another ISA in the same tax year.

All eligible residents of the UK over the age of 18 may invest up to £7,000 in a Maxi ISA in any single tax year and may access all or part of your money at any time.

We are excited to offer a new fund eligible for investment as a tax-free ISA, the Allianz Pimco Sterling Total Return Fund expertly managed by PIMCO, one of the world's largest fixed income managers.

For further information on our special promotions, please click on the links on the right.

ISA benefits:

  • lower initial charge
  • free from capital gains tax
  • up to £7,000 allowance
  • invest either lump sum or monthly savings or a combination of the two
  • access all or part of your money at any time

Offshore funds are not eligible through an ISA.
