Telephone Dealing
Telephone dealing applies to lump sums in Investment Funds (OEICs) and Offshore Funds only. An initial deal of up to £5,000 can be placed on the telephone. Once settled lump sum deals of any amount can be placed. PEP and ISA deals must be placed in writing.
You can call our Investor Services Team on 0800 317 573, Monday to Friday, on normal business days, 9am - 5pm. Normal Business days are any weekday excluding Bank Holidays, other public holidays or any day or part of a day on which the London Stock Exchange is not open for trading.
