How to invest - Maxi ISAs

1)		Read the documentation carefully and download your application form and identity verification certificate. Alternatively, you can order an information pack from our literature library, which will include application forms.
2)		Complete both sides of your application form, choosing the fund(s)/trust(s) and the amounts you wish to invest. Don't forget to include your date of birth and national insurance number, as we can't open your ISA without them.
3)		Attach a cheque and/or complete the direct debit option for monthly investments.
4)		You will also need to complete an Identity Verification Certificate.
5)		Sign the forms and post to us at the relevant freepost address below (no stamp required).
