Investing in an OEIC

You can make either lump sum or monthly investments, or a combination of both, into our OEIC funds.

If you are unsure about the most suitable fund or investment method for your needs, you are strongly advised to contact a Financial Adviser.

Once you have decided which fund is right for you, download the documents below:

• Simplified Prospectus (includes Terms and Conditions)
• Application Forms Booklet (includes Identity Verification Certificate)

Please read the Simplified Prospectus thoroughly before completing the Application Form. If there is anything you do not understand, please contact a Financial Adviser.

If you would prefer a hardcopy to be sent to you, please call our Investor Services team on 0800 317 573. 

• You may make an initial lump sum investment by telephone. This can be up to £5,000 into our Investment Funds (OEICs) only.
• Once settled, further lump sum deals of any amount above £500 can be placed by telephone.
• ISA deals must be placed by Application Form. Please go to the Investing in an ISA page for more details.

• Download and print the Simplified Prospectus and the Application Forms Booklet above.
• Ensure you have read and understood the Simplified Prospectus and Terms and Conditions before you complete the Application Form.
• Complete the whole Application Form, choosing the fund(s) and the amounts you wish to invest.
• If you are investing more than £50,000 or your investment amount is not drawn from a UK bank account, you will also need to complete an Identity Verification Certificate. This is included in the Application Forms Booklet.
• Sign the forms and post to us, enclosing your cheque if you are making a lump sum investment and/or Direct Debit instruction if you are making monthly investments.
• On receipt of your cheque, we will invest your money and send you confirmation of your investment and account number.
